Brasserie Boulud
Chef Daniel Boulud returned to the Upper West Side in a big way with Brasserie Boulud, a two-floor French brasserie, directly across from Lincoln Center. Opened in October 2026, it consolidates his former neighbors — Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud, and Épicerie Boulud — flagship with a 27-seat central bar and a tucked-away speakeasy. The menu leans into Boulud’s Lyonnaise roots: French onion soup, steak frites, seafood towers, lobster soufflé, house charcuterie, and the return of his cult-favorite DB Burger stuffed with braised short rib, foie gras, and black truffle. Located at 1900 Broadway (at the corner of W. 64th Street). 212.595.0303 https://www.brasserieboulud.com/
